Comrades,
Regarding tomorrow, March 1 regular ride: I've been a bit under the weather in more ways than one this week and I may need a weekend of dong nothing. The weather reports say tomorrow will most likely be similar to today. It's not so much the rain but the wind that I'm more concerned about. I will most likely not be riding tomorrow, so there will be no ride leader. Make your own route slip or do your own thing. If the weather looks ok, I'll check in at OCRR to see if any one is around. I can lead the route from memory.
For March 8, I will be off on another brevet, so Lou or some one else will fill in. There will be two routes. I encourage all to do the 50 miler to start their century training. It's not a difficult route, and is not anything we haven't done before. For the 50 mile route, the first break will be at the market on Lilac to your left just before the long descent. However, if the group wishes, there is the market that we often stop just past Wood Valley. Have fun, be safe, and I'll see you guys in a few weeks probably.
Robert
