Title: 100+ deg on Bandy this Sunday - will detour

Sunday riders
Even Lee Schwarz is begging for a coastal detour. I have a ride in mind to stay close to the coast, yet do some serious climbing. There are 2 or 3 climbs in here which will be new to most. This is an SDBC (San Diego Bike Club) favorite: Mt Soledad SDBC 4-5x (http://ridewithgps.com/routes/5957394). If I make this official over the next few days, I will send around some special email alerts to Sunday regulars as the start location will change from OCRR to Palomar Airport.

Route slip attached. Full version folds nicely into baggies. I'll bring the standard single slip, condensed version, but this full pdf is good to see what we're in for. Note the 5 "humps" from mile 30 to mile 47. sweet!

OK - No let up on heat wave, so this is now the official route change. We did 2/5 of these climbs on the Bonsall Wed ride this week (also to beat the heat) and everyone loved 'em.
