The NCCC Kit Committee has changed the color scheme somewhat.
Notable changes are:
1. Solid yellow, front and back instead of the yellow to white transition.
2. Same rear design otherwise, but a modified front design with a bold blue bottom half. This kit is now different.
3. Yellow bands on the sleeve cuffs
4. Black base on the shorts with dark blue panels to match the jersey
5. MacCase logo replaced with CA Republic (kind of like the state cycling championship jerseys)
The time to order is now - look smart in the new stuff!
Why not have the front match the back?
Hi Robert, The kit committee had a version with front matching the back with all yellow but after the committee vote the one listed was much preferred. There is plenty of time to join the committee and assist in designing the next kit, the more the merrier.

There were several people not interested in the original, proposed "blast to the past" repeat. The Committee responded by making the kit bolder with color changes only. The Voler graphics designer was given the color changes and license to put her own "creative spin" on it. She returned 3 options, two with color changes only. All looked pretty good. My initial reaction to Option 3 was also "why different colors on the front?".... but the more I looked at it, the more I and others felt it was awesome, giving a newer look from the front and super-high visibility from the rear. The process was highly democratic and I hope that most club members accept the decisions that Dale and company made in record short time to put a new kit before the club.

Cool beans, just curious. Karl, thinking about what you have said, the more I look at it, the more I like it. It should look cool with the blue on the shorts. I dig the CA flag on the pocket, as well as the contrasting front vs back color fades of the NC3 type. Looking forward to delivery.
