Title: Stolen bikes from ATG camp hotel
Post by: karlos on March 24, 2016, 08:07:52 AM
San Diego-based Adventure Travel Group (http://adventuretravelgroup.com/), a bike touring company, had some bikes stolen from a hotel during their annual camp last weekend, where 20 cyclists from around the country came to ride the great roads we have around here. Below is a note from Gary Bezer. Please contact him or the owners directly if you should see these bikes around town or encounter anyone trying to sell them.

We had 4 bikes stolen this past weekend at our Camp Hotel Parking lot.
The details are below. Can you please send this info out to the NCCC groups email/newsletter  in hopes that someone may spot the bikes etc.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Gary Bezer

On March 20th, we had three high end bikes stolen from Portofino Valley Inn in Mission Valley, San Diego. The theft cut through a lock that was attached to the hitchpost bike rack.

One bike was a 2013 Cannondale Supersix Evo Black Inc. in a size 48cm with Zipp 202 wheels.  It is a matte black with light blue Cannondale lettering on the top tube and the head tube.
The second bike was a 2012 Specialized S-works in a size 58 with Shimano Durace C-24 wheelset in black, red, and white.
The third bike was a brand new Orca Orbea in a size 51 in a very distinguished matte black, pink and white.

If anyone see’s any evidence of these bikes, or their parts.  Please call Gil @ (626) 278-3124.
