Exit Seaworld Drive from the 5 south. Right turn heading west on Seaworld Drive. At the first light make a right on East Mission Bay Drive. You will pass the entrance to Fiesta Island continuing on East Mission Bay drive for about a .25 mile until you reach a kids playground on the left hand side. Park anywhere in this area. We will meet at the playground parking lot. I'm going to pack a lunch to eat before going over the the TOC finish. Here is a google map link

Thanks, Nigel - I added a link to this post on the Roadies page for this ride.
Really looking forward to it! I hope this draws a larger group than the Sunday "usuals" Other folks can do a shorter version if they don't want the full monty, and even others could just come down to Mission Bay to revel in Stage 1 of the Tour of California.

What I have learned about being on this planet for a little while is that my ideas and thoughts are not much different than others. Being said the only complication I can think of for the 15th is parking availability around Misson Bay that morning. A good parking alternate would be the Old Town trolley station which we will ride by at about 7:35 if everything goes as planned
Went to check the parking area for tomorrow's ride. Don't be mislead by the no parking signs that are posted there. They just resurfaced the road and are for Monday the 16 of May to restripe the spaces.
Thanks for all your effort making this ride happen, Nigel. I'm really looking forward to it.
