FYI - Road work is being done on 101 in Solana beach between Via de la Valle and Lomas Santa Fe. Yesterday, the northbound lanes were "roughed up" prior to new pavement being rolled out.
If you are heading north, just hop the Rail Trail at the corner of 101 and Via de la Valle.
Most likely the southbound side will be next... When that happens, you can jog west to Sierra or east to Cedros to get through.
