Michael Santoro has our new 2007 NCCC Team Clothing order in place. We have until Sep 22 to order. You can go-online to order now by just clicking the Clothing link (http://northcountycycleclub.com/clothing.htm) on any NCCC page. These items are from Voler, so your sizing from the last order is probably good. Michael intends to have samples at the Sat, Aug 25 ride if you wish to wait until then to order. The on-line method of ordering will be considerably easier for the volunteers to collect and aggregate the orders, so please consider it doing it that way. Hardcopy forms to be handed directly (or mailed) to Dave Morton with a check is the other alternative for placing your order.

The club is subsidizing the price with sponsors, we would like to encourage club membership, and it seems wrong to have non-members biking in our outfit.
Let's encourage people to submit their membership at the same time as their order.
Good suggestion, Jeff. Order forms and billing statements, as well as order tracking, are easily adjusted to require payment and up-to-date MEMBERSHIP (http://northcountycycleclub.com/pdf/MembershipApp.pdf) by the Sept. 22 deadline.
On the order form page, when you now click on the View order summary here (http://northcountycycleclub.com/clothingOrderSummary.htm) link, that is now live with the current total summary to see where we are. For the special pricing we have with Voler, we have estimated the following minimum quantities: jerseys and vests (100), shorts(50), arm warmers and long sleeve jerseys (25), gloves (25). So we can easily track our totals to get to these goals.
Clothing orders have been coming in nice and steady - 21 so far (http://northcountycycleclub.com/clothingOrderSummary.htm). We know many of you want to order, so we'd like to encourage a big push this next week so there's no last minute scurrying (on your part and the volunteers'). The very first order to come in was from Brandon Gilbert, who just happens to be deployed in Iraq. So, if he can find the time while taking care of his important work, I know the rest of us here in San Diego can as well. This Sat (Sep 1) will be the last time Voler samples will be available for sizing.

Due to our schedule with placing the Voler order, we can continue to accept online orders through 8pm Tuesday, Sep 25. If you don't order by then, it will be a 1 to 2 year wait for the next order. We have enough checks currently in to cover initiating the order.
As the orders are buttoned down to be sent off to Voler (85 have come in - which is great and THANKS!), please follow this link on the Clothing Order Summary page (http://northcountycycleclub.com/clothingOrderSummary.htm#ordersByName) to double check that your name is on the list if you have ordered. In the unlikely event you thought you submitted an order and you never got your order summary and bill, your name would not be on that list. Feel free to just submit another order or email Karl at krudnick@roadrunner.com to fix (needs to be done by Tues, 8 pm). This should be unnecessary but we want to ensure noone accidentally got left out.
