Hey Rob.  Good question.  The climby parts come early but even so I was planning to offer to shorten the route when we meet at Las Posas Park.  We would take out Mountain Meadow and Circle R and go direct to Bonsall via Camino Del Rey.  After that we stay on the original route which takes us to the coast and then back via Faraday.  Probably will be done in three hours and 50ish miles.

The good news is that Rancho Santa Fe will finally be getttsone very badly needed repairs. The bad news is that riders (and drivers) will likely need to avoid it for the next 6 months.

The city's website doesn't include that information. Check it out later for possible updates.
