Starting with the ride on 9/17 the Tuesday ride from Del Mar Highlands Shopping center at 5:00 PM.  With sunset before 7:00 PM the only way we can get a decent ride in with a safety margin for darkness is to start at 5:00 PM.  If you are going to ride you should have a tail light to help with visibility especially as we get close to twilight.
