Bike Trail Closure and San Luis Rey River Sediment Removal Project - San Luis Rey Bike Trail will be completely closed during Phase I of the project (approximately October 10 â€" March 31) from Foussat Road to Douglas Drive.

Latest update says the work has been delayed until January 2017, but they only have until mid-March before the nesting season.
