Hi, my name is Tim Szlachetka and I am the Outreach Specialist for the REI store in San Diego.  I wanted to introduce myself and let you know about some clinics that I think would be helpful for North County Cycle Club members.  On Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3 we will be having coaches from Carmichael Training Systems coming to both our San Diego and Encinitas locations to host various clinics on cycling and multi sport training, and nutrition for endurance training.  Below you will find the full descriptions for the up-coming clinics.  Please feel free to pass this information on to anyone that you think would benefit from them within the NCCC.  Also, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
