"Hi All - I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! The Cadwell Clan has been in hibernation mode as we recently have welcomed our second baby boy, Cameron, into the world.  As a result, we have found ourselves needing a bit more space and some grass to run around on. We close escrow on our new home tomorrow and we are looking forward to moving a bit North (Encinitas/Carlsbad border) into four bedrooms and two baths.  I can't tell you how excited Todd is to have his office back

That being said, we are helping out our Landlord in finding the next renters.  The house could be available as soon as August 1st but we would have to know no later than July 13th.

Otherwise, the house is available (officially) September 1st. Renters are subject to a credit check and approval by our Landlord.
