We will not be doing Couser Rice on Saturday.  99 forcast for Escondido and 91 for the coast.  I rode home today from work in Carlsbad and wore a jacket.  There is 20 degrees difference between Escondido and the Coast right now.  We will head down the coast to La Jolla.  It will be hot so hydrate before you show up.

Good idea Jim, but Sunday's scheduled ride is down to La Jolla too!
Wha'dya say we head North instead.  Say, to San Clemente?  :-)
That would give me a chance to show off Old Celeste or Big Bertha.  :-)

There is a charity ride going through Pendleton tomorrow so in going north (which may be why Jim suggested going south) you'll run into (maybe on the way back) a bunch of riders with varying capabilities.....hopefully including me and my titanium leg!

I was cleared to ride, amazing since I don't walk without a limp (and/or cane) yet.  I've been on a stationary bike for a few weeks now but I plan on going around the block a few times on my road bike and if all goes well I'll be (nervously) riding tomorrow.

Anthony riding with Team Luna Chix!  What a lucky man!
But congrats on being able to ride the bike.
