Just print and cut a few route slips, I usually bring 15-20 with me, to hand out.  then just lead them out, get them moving forward at the stop and if new people check on them so we make sure a represent the club well and get them back to the start.  I've put in the following rides for the 2 weeks....

8/9/14 - Elfin- El Camino-56 Bike Path-Coast (59 mi, 3900')  I’ll be on vacation so ride leader needed
