"I recently visited Santa Cruz for a weekend of hills!  A hilly road race on Saturday (400' of climbing per 2.6 mile lap times 15 laps) and then a hill climb time trial on Sunday (1600' of vertical!) were what I had to look forward to.... There were also a couple other things that made this trip even more exciting:  It was my first time riding my new Genius Squadra road bike.  And even better, my mom, brother, and boyfriend all came up there to watch!"
