Tour de Poway Discount???

HI, can anyone tell me if the club members are being offered a discount for the registration price of the Tour de Poway this year?  I accidentally deleted my newsletter and know there was some info about the ride in there.  If anyone knows if this is available and how we take advantage of it I would appreciate it.
