I am llooking for a single-speed road bike in 58cm or slightly bigger.

Go to Performancebike.com and look at the Schwinn Madison. It is on sale for $399.99 for the whole bike!! And the XL is in stock...its about a 60cm. If you want to see one in person I have a LG in stock at Performance Bike in Oceanside as well.
