I love bicyclists. Today, in Elfin forest, a guy named Greg who said he bikes with the North County Bike Club, stopped and helped me true a wobbly tire and adjusted my breaks so I could ride home. He was a rolling bike shop and repair man. I want to thank him somehow and if anyone can connect me with him, this is all I know about him.

He was riding with a couple of other people going East on Elfin Forest Road. He left his group and stayed and helped me for about 15 minutes or more!!! I would have had to call someone to pick me up if he hadn't helped me because none of my tools were enough.

Thank you all bicyclists. Everyone that rode by asked if we needed anymore help. I have never been on the side of the road changing a tire or whatever, without at least 3 or more cyclists offering assistance if I need it. There is an amazing spirit and camaraderie among cyclists and I am proud to be one of them.  I am not some hot, young blond, I am a middle aged woman just plodding along the road so these are true good deeds.

Thank you all
