I just recieved a e-mail blast for this century and Frank is embracing the cover (Why he is not wearing his pink jersey, I don't know). Frank is there a story behind this? Please share.

Here the link to the e-mail blast:

I've always thought I should have pursued that modeling career.

I wasn't going to do it this year but maybe I should go and sign a few autographs.

I just saw it too and was going to post it but Anthony beat me to it, at least it was an Anthony who posted it.

Frank and I were discussing this today and we came to the conclusion that they chose a slow rider for their photo so as to avoid the "blur" associated when taking a photo of a fast rider.

I think they had the pictures mixed up... Wasn't Franks supposed to be above the "Free 10 mile ride for beginners"?....

Now wait a minute. I wouldn't call Frank either a beginner or slow - when he puts the hammer down, I have trouble holding his wheel. I like pink, too...

I agree Karl, it's was the baby face in the picture that had me confused for a second.....

Clearly they are close to capacity and want to discourage more participants by using such a scary photo. Only a face a mother could love, well a mother and a stray cat:)

Dude, endorsements, appearance fees, tee shirts, coffee mugs, and a bobble head doll. Your own line of weight lifting equipment, a men’s line of pink outfits, movies, TV shows, the possibilities are endless. Can I be your agent? I get a 50% cut.

I think we should superimpose Franks mustash on the beginner 10 miler kid and go for the hormone replacement tactic.....
