Cruiser Long Rider - Century Updates from 5-15-13

Hello Cruisers - Thank you for those that were able to come out and enjoy the Wednesday morning ride .  Such a great turn out for the first "Group" Cruiser Long Riders - Century Ride 2013.  Hope that you all enjoyed the ride, are doing great today and have recovered.  Sorry that my iPhone battery died at the 99.84 mile marker - speed overall for the ride 16.6 mph - ride duration 6:01:54.  Barry hinted to me to get my power pack back at the car, but I wanted to get the ride started close to time as possible as this was a LONG ride (I should have listen to Barry). I apologize to Tony for not stopping for a coffee break sooner. WOW! - the Power of 13 once again. Andy, Steve B & Felipe finished with 40 miles, Barbara a super 60 miles, Michelle & Deb did a fantastic 80 mile finish. Barry, Steve S, Tony, Sergio, Mark, Samdoo and I finished with the 100 miles.  Weather was in our favor and not too bad wind wise. Thank you to Michelle & Mark for the nice cold brew after the ride.

Hope you are looking forward to doing another "Cruiser Century" in the near future.

It was a great ride with perfect weather and the right amount of time on breaks. Next time I will do the entire 100 miler!   Can't wait.
