Season's greetings to all of our NC3 friends from a rainy day in Georgia. We fondly remember whining about how cold some of the ride starts ar OCRR were. What a joke. Try starting rides in upper 20's like its been here in the early am. Now that is whine worthy. We wish everyone a happy new year. And a safe one!  - Michael and Nancy

Happy Holidays to you two, too! Guess I shouldn't complain about riding in 60 degrees the past couple days. It's quite sunny as the football games attest. On a yoga note, the kids treated Jill and I to a Bikram yoga class - all 4 of us went - sweated a ton and was wiped out - a nice complement to Al's class. I think I'll continue, maybe once/week.

Let us know if you get out here sometime for a SD ride.

Hi Nancy and Michael!  It's good to hear from you.  Do you actually ride when it's 20 degrees?  Hope you are enjoying it out there.  We still miss you.
