Bike the Bay super early registration discount

Since all NCCC members are automatically members of SDCBC (San Diego County Bicycle Coalition), you should have received a notice to register by Feb 1 to receive a $10 discount for the Aug 24 event. I know, it's way off, but if you want to save some bucks, think about it. This is a unique opportunity to ride with thousands over the Coronado Bay Bridge on the only day each year it is closed to autos in the lane used by the bikes. Also, this is the largest fundraising event for the SDCBC, expecting to bring in over $70,000 this year. That money helps go to funding the bicycle advocacy work which SDCBC does for YOU, leaving you the leisure to ride all the roads of San Diego County (and if some of those suck, let your SDCBC rep [me] know about it).
