Ursula Cunneen takes QOM in Temecula

Our own long rider, Ursula Cunneen once again takes the QOM crown at the Temecula Valley Century. This is her 4th year as the ruling QOM. The event had 5 QOM's over the 100 mile course. There were three hill segments, one as long as 4 miles, and two unannounced surprise flat segments. Ursula won 4 of the 5 segments. I think she would have won the 5th (flat segment) if the organizers had not included a stop light in the middle of the segment. Yet she still placed 3rd on the 5th segment. Clearly her BIKE 101 training, as taught by Karl, kicked in and forced her to obey all traffic laws giving up the 5th segment. You can see her results at the link below.
