Traffic is out of control in Borrego Springs with the flower seekers.

I get sketched out riding up Montezuma due to all the blind corners anyway and with the amount of cars  and RV's that we will see exiting Borrego around the same time we would be climbing the hill has me changing my starting point from Santa Ysabel to Borrego Springs. That way I will be going up the hill when all the flower folks are going down the hill and minimize any encounters. Will try to park at Christmas Circle at leave at the same start time. Just posting in the event anyone is interested in joining. Be safe!~
Oh yes and the high temp is forecast to be 90 on Sunday. Saves baking your brains on the climb too.

Can we change the start time to 9 or 9:30. That's a long drive.

Hey, Eric - I thought this was more of a group conversation and just realized it was just you and me. I talked to Nigel and we're going to stick with the Dudley's start at 8:30, only an hour's drive roughly for most. As far as the flower seekers go, we've done this ride every April for years now and the only issues with cars is the stretch of 79 between S22 and 76 to Mesa Grande.

So, I won't be going to Christmas Circle. Maybe some others may wish to join.

Thanks - Karl
