Hey Everyone, If you get the North CountyTimes, look in the "Local 'section and find the "Jeff Frank" column.  He wrote about Phyllis the "Famous Painter" Painting in Carlsbad, doing a good deed for the community and keeping it beautiful!!  Not only can she ride a bike fast and is very nice  but She is really Good at what she does!!   :)
