Looking for used tri bike size 50 or 52 (will consider road bike too!)

Hi all. I'm looking for a used tri bike, size 50-52. New to the sport, so don't want to break the bank, but would like it to be a decent bike at the same time. Ideal price point is $500-$800, but will look beyond that for the perfect fit. I am unable to attend the bike swap at El Camino Bike Shop next weekend, so am looking in advance. Thanks in advance for any information and/or leads! -Katie

I might have the bike you are looking for.

It is the original Aegis Swift   http://www.aegisbicycles.com/swift.html  It's been painted RED.  It was the first Aegis that Nytro ever sold.  Made in Maine!

I just bought a new bike and am waiting for the new Dura Ace Drive train to come out.

This frame is not built up at the moment as the new bike has borrowed it's drive train parts.  But, it could be available in November.  I don't know if you are interested in waiting.

It has 650 wheels and can be set up for triathlon or road.  I originally bought it for triathlon but converted it to a road bike set up when I bought a time trial bike.

I also have 2 different gearing cassettes you can use, either an 11/25 ultegra or an 11/31 XRT.  I have the original other Mavic wheels that came with it. I am not sure yet of the price of this bike.

There is also a set of Mavic Kysirium Wheels (650) that are much newer and I would probably sell separately.

If you are interested you can try my Merlin Arial Time Trial bike for size.   If that one fits you the Aegis should as well. Or, you can find a new Aegis Swift in a store to try for size.  I have the 50 cm.
