Honey Springs ride on Saturday, Sept.13 invite...

Any riders interested in a longer ride this Saturday, feel free to join several of us NCCC riders at 7:00 AM, Circle K: El Camino Real/LaCosta Blvd in Carlsbad for a 228K(142mi) ride entitled "Honey Springs Ain't So Sweet".
  We'll ride south along the coast before turning inland to Otay Lakes Road. Then it's onto Honey Springs Road, Lyons Valley through Cleveland National Forest and Japatul Road into Alpine for a stop. Down Harbison Canyon and up to Crest, through Lakewood and onto Poway, 56 Bike Path and up the coast again. This isn't a race, but a unsupported ride called a Permanent.
  We'll be riding several of these rides on Saturdays in the next few months; Doyle Park to Rainbow, Crisis@BoulderCreek and the circumnavagation of Joshua Tree National Park. Join in if you looking for some econo-adventure riding on cruise control!
