This can occur rarely for changes in your browser or even a forum software update, even though you thought you were logged in forever. You may even encounter a message that says "too many failed login attempts - try again later" when you're sure you entered your correct username and password that you use for your membership login.

Should this occur you should delete the cookie (what is that?) that is keeping you logged in forever as it may be corrupted. One way to check that is try logging in with a different browser as cookies are browser-specific. Since cookies are stored in each browser's data to simplify the user experience, you are best served searching only for cookies associated with northcountycycleclub.org in order to not affect the user experience on other sites you visit.

See the posts below for how to delete your NCCC cookies in Safari and Chrome. All browsers have this capability. If you use a different browser, google "how to delete cookies" for your specific browser.  If you need additional help, send an email to admin@northcountycycleclub.org.

There are multiple ways to remove cookies in Chrome. Here is one method, similar to the Safari method provided above.

Go to Chrome Settings, ellipsis (3 vertical dots) upper right and click on Settings. Highlight "Privacy and security" and then select "Site settings".

Then select "View permissions and data stored across sites".

Finally search for northcountycycleclub.org by typing north... in the search box. The example below shows 14 cookies attached to northcountycycleclub.org. Delete them all by clicking the trash can.

And clearing cookies on your phone is similar, but different due to screen size. Here are some screenshots showing how to do it on a smartphone with Chrome - landscape orientation to show it easier here.

First click on the icon on the address bar next to nccc URL to view site information.

From the list of choices click on "Cookies and site data"

To remove all NCCC cookies, click on the trash can.

Note that starting by clicking on the site info icon on the address bar is an additional method on any device running Chrome as well, with the following choices a bit different for bigger screens. EZ to navigate, exercise left to the reader :-), once you understand the goal to delete all cookies for northcountycycleclub.org.
