Kayaking August 5th!

I just bought a pedal kayak last week and today I get an e-mail from the Spokey Dokes talking about a kayak and picnic event next Sunday. I just want to say very cool.  Is this just a Spokey Dokes member event or can other bikers and outside friends go?
