All Long riders,
The cold I had last week got worse when I had to do some business travel.  So, considering it is Palomar, I'm on the mend but not at full strength, I won't be participating in the ride this week.  You all know the route and will be going with the Regular riders so you'll be fine and will have lots of fun.  I was looking forward to this ride but it would be a mistake for me to give it a try.

Have fun, be safe, and look out for each other.

Ursula, uh, no!  Nice try though!  I plan on riding around near home to get my legs and lungs back after almost 3 weeks off and a couple of weeks of illness.
