Long riders:

The Ocenaside Ironman 70.3 and the Carlsbad 5000 are this weekend so we are going to flip the routes for 4/2 and 4/16.  So, this Saturday we're doing La Jolla Shores - Del Dios return â€"OCRR (69 mi, 4000’, route map).
