Some of you may have already heard about the Bike the Bay ride coming up Sunday, Sept. 7. But if not, please check it out at www.bikethebay.net. It's a benefit for the Bike Coalition and an opportunity to ride your bike across the Coronado Bay Bridge, then follow the beautiful Bayshore Bikeway back to Seaport Village on San Diego Harbor. Please consider supporting the Coalition and enjoying a great, supported ride and festival in exchange (BTW, Karl Strauss Brewery is one of our sponsors.........). There's just 1 course, 25 miles, a nice opportunity for you to enjoy a ride with family or friends who are casual riders. It's also one of the few organized rides in San Diego. Please pass the word.

Registration is required and increases by $15 on August 8, so register early if you're planning to ride...

Early registration rates have been extended through Friday 22 august, so if you haven't registered, now is the time.  I will be providing a Bike Parking Pavilion service at the finsih party, courtesy of the Padres BPP racks.
