NCCC 2013 Team Kit Ordering in progress

All - You should have received the NCCC eblast from Lou regarding the new kit order. I will not repeat it here as I do not want to accidentally expose the ordering website, which is restricted to NCCC members (all non-members will be asked to join or their order will be cancelled). If you did not make Fit Kit night last week, remember you can try on identical clothing at Revolution Bike Shop. Also, since the more relaxed men's club fit was only offered after comments on Fit Kit night that the race style was just a bit too tight for some, you may wish to stop by Revolution to try that out for size before buying. As always, you are responsible for correct sizing. If it doesn't fit, there is no return policy.

First off - Thanks again to Anthony and the others on the kit team, nice stuff!  .....and thanks to Karl and Lou on the information on fits and ordering!!

Just some random observations and a question.  As you can see on the order site, there is a price difference between the club and race jerseys.  If you compare them on the order site or visually at trying them on, the race jersey is a nicer material (to me) and has a full length zipper.  The club jersey's material is similar to the current Voler (to me) and only has a 1/2 - 3/4 zipper.  The medium club cut was larger than the race large to, and on, me.  I like the race jersey MUCH better and although I don't like ordering a size larger than my normal clothes, I'm getting the race cut large.  I'd go 2 or 3 sizes larger, and get over the metal anguish that comes along with the size/identity, to get the race jersey.

The question - due to some of the sponsor monies, as I understand it, the prices for this order are lower than they might be next time??  If so, can we get an idea of what the prices might be the next time the "store" is opened up?  It might influence how much I order now verses spreading those out.

We have used the sponsor money in a way that these prices will be the same, even after the store closes down and opens a second time. This is unlike the previous Voler order, where only the initial, large order had a discount. Discounts are only being applied directly to shorts and short sleeve jerseys. The $4,000 in sponsorship money covers these discounts and initial design and setup costs. Don't sweat it. It's under control (well, we think it is ). No sequestration required...

This is the current ordering status of our 2013 kits. The items marked with  do not meet minimum and will be cancel on 3/18 if we don’t order at least 6. For the exception of the wind breaker jacket, all of the men styles meet minimum.

For those who are planning to order, please try to get your order place as soon as possible. Please do not wait until late Sunday evening to try to order. If you have problems ordering on Sunday, it may be difficult to get support in resolving the issues.

I delivered the kits to Revolution this afternoon. You can pick up your merchandise anytime during store hours.

Hey Everyone,

I picked up my kit, and got to go for a ride today, and all I can say is Cool, very nice stuff, now my kit is intended for MTB, and all is good.

The Club fit is perfect for those hot summer climbs in the out back (dirt) . . .

Maybe, if we do another order, I could get the Giro version of the Jersey in a size smaller for the road.
