Rancho Bernardo road construction

south bound camino del sur (towards 56 bike trail) between San Dieguito Rd and just before Carmel Valley Rd has road construction with concrete j rails along the road.  The road is down to one lane and with the concrete islands separating north and south bound lanes, the cars can't move across the dividing line to give you room.  I currently have altered my routes to avoid this road.
