Cannon Road status?

Does any one know what the current condition is of Cannon Road? Specifically west-bound after El Camino Real. I know that part of it has been down to one lane and no shoulder for quite some time, especially on the climb. I haven't had the chance to get over that way lately, so I'm curious if I'll need to make any adjustments to the route for Saturday.

Still one lane without a shoulder going up the hill to the coast unfortunately.
