The man who killed Shawn Harrison just changed his plea.  He WILL plead guilty on Monday instead of "no contest"!!!  That means Christine Harrison will not be attending this Monday's preliminary hearing.  She will need our support in 4-6 weeks at the sentencing.  I will keep you posted.  Please attend if possible.  Thank you!

Chris said that she thinks he was worried about doing actual jail time by pleading "no contest" so he changed his plea to guilty.  I don't get it.  I think that pleading guilty would increase the chance of jail time.  She is just relieved that he has owned up to the situation.  She's really hurt that she never even received any remorse or sorrow from him.  She gets to give her impact statement at the sentencing.  That will give her a little closure.  I hope you can make it when the date is set.
