What's with those top few bright yellow topics?

Many of you have probably noticed that the top 2-4 topics remain at the top position. These are called 'sticky' topics, reserved for items we should either call attention to or have instructions on how to do things. The registration instructions for the msg brd and the email group have been at the top for several months now, as that seems like useful info to keep at everyone's fingertips - someday I may let them "sink down". If you have a topic you feel needs to be 'stuck', just email me at admin@northcountycycleclub.com as I am the only one who can do it.

You'll also note that the sticky topics are now highlighted with a different background color, at the request of Tom Emerick - that was a good idea. Before you complain about the bright yellow, talk to Kelly first, as he really wanted to see the NC3 yellow/blue/gray out there with a splash of bright yellow. He has his wish
